Product Description
Hempika hemp flour
is a whole grain by-product of hemp seed pressing, produced by grinding the hemp cake in a stone mill and sifting it to create a fine powder. Hemp flour is an excellent source of dietary fibre, vegetable protein, vitamins and minerals. It is easily digestible and gluten-free.
INGREDIENTS:
100% whole grain hemp flour (BIO).
USE:
Hemp flour is used in the making of bread, pastries and other bakery products, pasta, pizza, gnocchi etc.
It can be combined with other types of flour or added to soups and sauces as a thickener.
STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dark place, preferably refrigerated (<8°C) in the original zip-lock packaging.
